Coordinating with key stakeholders on test script preparation, UAT, training and go live readiness checking.

Preparing and monitoring project plan, key deliverables.

Improving services, process and customer experience to meet customers’ needs and satisfaction.

Collaborate with the other teams, e.g. Development/Application Team during the project and after go-live support.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MIS, Marketing or other related fields.

2 to 6 years experiences in business analyst, program/project management, or other related fields in Telco or banking business. IT or product marketing background is preferable.
