Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist

Job Descriptions:-

  • Source, screen resume, review application and reach out to qualified candidates as per target.

  • Coordinate in the end -to-end hiring process.

  • Create a hiring report and annual hiring plan.

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.

  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.

  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.

  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).

  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.

  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.

  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

  • Analyze recruitment software’s efficiency and performance.

  • Provide any support that required from Company.

Qualifications:-

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.

  • Minimum 2 – 3 year experience in Recruitment solution field.

  • Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.

  • Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.

  • Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, self-driven, result oriented.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English.

  • Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.

  • In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.

  • The ability to evaluate recruiting software packages and to recommend those which are best suited to the company.
