Responsibilities:
	The main goal of a Sales Coordinator is to coordinate and oversee the flow of a company’s services or products to consumers. To reach this goal, they must be able to handle the following day-to-day duties:
	- 
		
			Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. 
- 
		
			Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products. 
- 
		
			Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. 
- 
		
			Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures. 
- 
		
			Analyzing customer ordering information to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers. 
- 
		
			Entering order information into the company database. 
- 
		
			Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales. 
- 
		
			Follow up and support sales team leader. 
- 
		
			Arrange meeting between sales team and customer. 
- 
		
			Provide any support that required from Company. 
	 
	Qualifications:
	- 
		
			Bachelor and/or Master degree in BSc/BA in business administration or any related fields. 
- 
		
			Advanced sales and customer service skills or in other administrative position will be considered a plus. 
- 
		
			Good Computer skills (MS Office) 
- 
		
			Able to work with other department heads/staff member to develop effective marketing strategies 
- 
		
			Excellent written and oral communication, analytical including the ability to communicate with users with various technical backgrounds. 
- 
		
			Responsible for following up on the tasks assigned to achieve the goals within the specified period 
- 
		
			Performance tracking and monitoring skill. 
- 
		
			Problem solving and decision-making skill. 
- 
		
			Strong interpersonal skill and willing to work in team. 
- 
		
			Excellent verbal and written skills both in Thai and English - Self-motivated and positive.
